Best coffee with a large selection of different types! The staff is awesome. I have ordered many times online with free shipping. On one occasion, I did experience a problem with my shipped coffee. The staff immediately took care of the issue. Their only concern was that me, the customer, was well served and happy. Great business that I will be using for years to come!!

Best coffee in Western NC hands down. Awesome drinks, awesome people, I love the real atmosphere of the shop. The most high quality coffee ive ever had. They know what they are doing and need more credit for it!!

I am a Marion local so have been an Ingenious fan for a long time, but we had their team make us wedding favors for our wedding and they turned out wonderfully. The pricing was reasonable (especially given the current changing prices with coffee) and they were easy to work with. Our friends and family commented on good the coffee was, which we already knew of course! They make some of the best flavored coffees I've had as well, and it's easy to order a couple of pounds online when we need to replenish our stock since we live out of state.

Spectacular coffee, unique ambiance, delicious baked goods, and great service combine to make a small town gem of a coffee shop which I highly recommend! I loved the invention theme of this coffee shop, it was something I’ve never seen the like of. The blown up diagrams of patents was unique and engaging. Then the shop expands into their roasting area where you can see bulk beans and equipment. The workers were very helpful and the coffee was rich and delicious. I had one of their Orange cinnamon rolls and it was top notch- excellent orange flavored icing on top with a gooey cinnamon inside. There’s ample tables for seating and even a piano and guitar, in addition to their little gift shop section. This is a place I can’t recommend highly enough that you visit- you’ll come away with a great experience, educated and hopped up on excellent coffee. 6 stars if that were possible.

I went with a group of friends with my school on our way home to GA, and I happened to have no money to buy anything. I didn't mind, and I was already having so much fun with the girl at the counter! I was standing near the counter and out of nowhere the girl asked me if I wanted a drink and I said I was ok because again, no money, but she still insisted and gave me something so kind. When I say I cried, I mean it like I still cannot stop crying every time I remember their faces when they gave it to me so if they see this (red haired lady and split dye guy, due to a lack of names) thank you so much, I will never forget that, you guys are some fo the kindest people I've gotten the opportunity to experience, you made my entire school year, which might even be an understatement. I haven't stopped thinking about the smiles they had, and I will never forget that, so thank you again

I was just passing through and stopped in for a double espresso. The espresso was excellent! They are also a major coffee roaster and you can see large bags of beans in the back area. There are a couple of couches for relaxing and socializing as well as several tables

What a gem of a place! The store is way bigger than it looks. The back portion of the coffee shop is the roasting area. They offer a very wide variety of roasts and they offer shipping. The store is very cute and relaxing. Plenty of seating area and a couch. The staff makes a great latte! So happy we visited this place.

Delighted by my experience here today. The staff is both incredibly knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They roast onsight and are happy to show you the process and talk about all things coffee. I will come back here time and time again. So happy I found this place and can't wait to get back there.
